Outages & Issues (for Administrator use only)
*All merchants should send an email to the NC State eCommerce group at OIT_ECOMMERCE@help.ncsu.edu.
If you receive an email from our vendors (Transact (CASHNet – HigherOne) or Nelnet (QuikPay)) that will impact all of the system users or customers. Follow the instructions below to inform the merchants of the outage or issue.
- Cut and paste emails from the vendor into the appropriate Google group email and continue to send updates from the vendor to the merchant as they become available.
- Send impacted merchants an email through group-higheroneupdates@ncsu.edu or group-nelnetupdates@ncsu.edu depending on which system is impacted. (if you do not have access to send email to the Google group contact the Google group manager at kjkemp2@ncsu.edu.
- Continue to monitor for updates from the vendor and contact the vendor via email/phone depending on the Director/Manager’s request.

Transact (CASHNet – HigherOne) eStore/Checkout/Gateway issues: Provide merchant code to support team if the issue only applies to one merchant (can be found within the Transact system go to System setup, select the Merchants page within the Transact system).

Nelnet (QuikPay) issues: Provide order type to the support team if the issue only applies to one merchant (can be found within the QuikPay system.
